1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and pusy888 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at https://pusy888.cam. By registering, logging in or otherwise accessing any part of the pusy888 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all provisions of this Agreement.

If you do not accept any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease accessing or using the pusy888 platform. Your continued use of any platform service constitutes ongoing acceptance of all terms in their current form, including any amendments published from time to time.

2. Definitions

• "Platform" means the pusy888 website, mobile interface, account system, betting markets, casino games, promotional tools and all associated services available at https://pusy888.cam.
• "User" means any individual who registers, accesses or uses the Platform, whether partially or fully.
• "Account" means a uniquely registered personal account created through the Platform's registration process.

• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary account currency on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer, referring to identity, age and payment verification procedures.

3. Account Eligibility

Registration and use of the pusy888 platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, each of which must be continuously satisfied:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The Platform does not permit access by individuals under this age threshold. Documentary proof of age may be requested at any stage.
• You must be a natural person, not a corporate entity, trust or automated agent, registering on your own behalf.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, regulatory prohibition or court restriction that prevents gambling participation in your jurisdiction.
• You must not register from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete personal information during registration and maintain its accuracy throughout the life of the Account.

pusy888 reserves the right to request documentary verification of any eligibility condition at any time. Failure to satisfy a verification request within a reasonable period may result in account suspension, restriction of available features or termination of the Account.

4. Account Registration and Security

Each User is permitted to hold a maximum of one registered Account on the Platform. Registering, operating or using more than one Account — whether under the same or a different identity, device or payment method — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited without compensation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password, one-time security codes and any two-factor authentication methods associated with your Account. pusy888 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to secure account access credentials.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the pusy888 support team through the verified contact channel immediately. You must not share your password, security PIN or wallet recovery phrase with any other person, including individuals claiming to represent pusy888.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

Account balances are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit. All deposits must be made through payment methods currently displayed within your Account. Supported methods may include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX and bank transfers involving Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and Hong Leong Bank. Method availability, processing times and applicable limits are subject to change without prior notice.

You must only fund your Account using a payment instrument for which you are the authorised account holder. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are not permitted. pusy888 reserves the right to request payment ownership documentation before processing any withdrawal.

5.1 Processing Times

Deposit and withdrawal processing times are estimates and not guarantees. E-wallet transactions are typically processed faster than bank transfers, while cryptocurrency transfers are subject to network confirmation requirements. Stated processing ranges may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays or pending verification.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Each payment method carries its own minimum deposit, minimum withdrawal and maximum transaction limits. These limits are displayed within the Platform at the time of the transaction and may be amended from time to time. Attempting to circumvent a displayed limit through split or coordinated transactions may be treated as a Prohibited Activity.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

A withdrawal request may be subject to an active wagering requirement, a pending KYC verification check, a security review or an internal transaction audit. pusy888 reserves the right to delay, suspend or decline a withdrawal where reasonable grounds exist for doing so, including but not limited to suspected account abuse, incomplete verification or disputed transaction history.

6. Promotions, Bonuses and Wagering Requirements

Promotions offered by pusy888, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload offers, birthday rewards, referral bonuses and free bet credits, are governed by individual promotion terms in addition to this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the promotion's terms prevail in respect of that offer.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, a bonus is subject to a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier of the qualifying deposit amount, bonus amount or combined total. For example, a 10x wagering requirement applied to a RM50 bonus requires the User to generate RM500 in qualifying wagers before the bonus amount can be converted to withdrawable funds.

6.2 Game Contributions

Not all game types contribute equally to a wagering requirement. Slot games may contribute at a higher percentage than live dealer games, table games or sports wagers. The specific contribution percentages applicable to each promotion are stated within the promotion's individual terms. Checking this detail before opting into a bonus is strongly recommended.

6.3 Expiry and Forfeiture

Bonuses that are not activated or wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated expiry period will be removed from the Account automatically, with no entitlement to compensation. Bonus funds used to wager after expiry will not contribute to any requirement and winnings generated may be voided.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

Bonus offers are intended for genuine recreational use. pusy888 reserves the right to withhold, void or reclaim a bonus where it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a User has exploited a promotion through coordinated wagering, low-risk betting patterns, arbitrage strategies or the use of multiple accounts.

7. Acceptable Use and Platform Conduct

All use of the pusy888 platform must comply with these Terms and Conditions, applicable law and basic standards of honest dealing. The following activities are specifically prohibited and may result in account termination, balance forfeiture and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading or third-party identity information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to access, manipulate or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform's systems, software or data.
• Using automated tools, bots or scripts to place wagers, access markets or interact with platform functions.
• Engaging in match-fixing, price manipulation or any collusion that distorts the integrity of a sports event or casino game.
• Using the Platform in connection with money laundering, fraud or the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Creating, operating or assisting another person with a duplicate account.
• Sharing, selling or otherwise transferring account access to another person.

8. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the pusy888 platform, including but not limited to text, images, logos, interface design, navigation structures, colour schemes and software, is the property of pusy888 or its licensed content providers. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, repackaged or republished without prior written authorisation.

9. Limitation of Liability

The pusy888 platform is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, the accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or the availability of any specific payment method at a given time. Gambling inherently involves risk and the Platform does not guarantee any financial outcome, winnings or return on any wager.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pusy888's total liability to any User for claims arising from use of the Platform will not exceed the net deposit total held in the User's Account at the time the relevant claim arises. pusy888 is not liable for indirect, consequential or speculative losses of any kind.

10. Responsible Gambling Obligations

pusy888 recognises that gambling can become harmful for a minority of users. All users are encouraged to treat the Platform as an optional entertainment activity with a pre-set budget, to take regular breaks and to use available deposit limit or self-exclusion features where appropriate.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and pusy888, both parties agree to first seek resolution through direct communication via the Platform's official support channel. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the appropriate competent authority.
